Hosting questions
What counts as a 'website'?
One domain running one application — for example your main .co.uk running WordPress. Parked domains and redirects do not count towards the limit.
Which PHP versions do you support?
All currently supported versions, and you can switch per site from the control panel. We will not force an upgrade that would break an older site without warning you first.
Can I host a client's site on my plan?
Yes. The Agency plan exists for exactly that, and you can give each client their own login without handing over your account.
How does billing work?
Plans run monthly or annually and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel from your control panel — the cancellation and refund position is set out in our terms.
What is not allowed?
Anything in our acceptable use policy — bulk unsolicited email, illegal content, crypto mining, and anything that degrades service for other customers on the same hardware.
